DignityWorks is a specialist consultancy that helps HR professionals to root out workplace bullying and to transform cultures with dignity. We provide transformation coaching programs for people who have been bullied, and work with those accused of bullying to change their behaviour.

Our Services Include:
Training – for all levels of the organisation and all sectors, bespoke or off the shelf.
Coaching – for targets, alleged bullies, witnesses, teams, as well as coach mentoring for line managers or HR professionals who need support through a case. Do you have someone who is seen as a ‘problem’ but no one will put in a grievance? No problem, we coach leaders with difficult behaviours and the method we use has demonstrable change in 3-4 sessions.
Mediation – We offer a cost effective one day process to take two parties through a mediation to find a resolution that allows both parties to understand each other and find a way to move forward and work together. This needs to be done early on in a situation for the most impact.
Consultancy – we have experienced consultants who can help with a range of issues from policy development, strategy design and implementation, embed appropriate interventions, turn around a blame culture, research what your staff really think when no one is willing to complain or ask HR for advice. Where there is no effective alternative, we can consult on an exit with dignity.
Speaking – We provide expert speakers to talk at conferences or events with industry leaders, HR professionals or employees of any level. Our past speaking events include the CIPD Annual Conference, many local CIPD branches, academic conferences including International Association of Workplace Bullying & Harassment and more.
